You are invited to come out and meet other members, participate in the Annual General Meeting and to enjoy an optional light lunch afterwards for $15 each.

All members in good standing – primary and family/affiliate - have the right to attend, to vote and to stand for election for any position on the Board.

The cost is $15 for the meeting and lunch. No cost of just attending the meeting

Will need to show BC vaccination and ID

10:00 - 10:30 - meet and greet with refreshments provided

10:30 - Noon - Annual General Meeting

Noon - 1:30 Lunch - variety of sandwiches, soup, salads, and deserts.

Thanks to our new South Island Director, Ron Dempsey, Vancouver Island Region PCA has teamed up with Euro Cars and Coffee to put on a Holiday Dinner event on Sunday December 5th, 2021. Guest speakers will be John and Chris Beresford recounting their adventures in the Peking to Paris Rally.

Time: 6-9pm

Place: Uplands Golf Club, 3300 Cadboro Bay Rd, Oak Bay

Price: $60 per attendee.

Vaccine passports will be required for entry.

Guest may move around the room, but must be masked when not seated at the table.

We’ll also be helping out CFAX Santas Anonymous with donations of cash or toys onsite or online via our    Santas Anonymous donation page.  You can donate now, or through the link on the MSR registration page.  Santas will provide a tax receipt.   Donate Now
