VIR Driver Education
VIR periodically hosts high-performance driver education events. 
These events usually include some classroom time, and instructor-led driving on the track. Instructors may guide participants via car-to-car communications, or by sitting in the passenger seat. Participants are assisted to develop their skills from whatever level they are at, in a safe and controlled environment. Other clubs or businesses offer opportunities for you to learn or improve your high-performance driving skills.
Victoria Motorsports Club typically offers one driver training course per year, usually in March, at Western Speedway. For more information, visit the Driver Training page on their web stie.
Vancouver Island Motorsports Circuit, located near Duncan, offers a performance driving program and coaching.
Porsche Experience offers driver training at a number of Porsche Experience Centers in Canada and the United States. Canadian experiences are offered at the Canadian Tire Motorsports Park in Bowman, Ontario, and a Porsche facility outside of Montreal.
